BLOOMFIELD -- Eunice L. Howard, 84, of Bloomfield died Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.
She was born Feb. 13, 1913, in Dry Hill, Tenn., daughter of Charles and Dollie Childress Bradford. She married Allen Moore Oct. 17, 1926, in Arkansas. He preceded her in death. She married W.P. Whalen Sept. 3, 1936, who preceded her in death. She and W.D. Howard were married May 26, 1960. He also preceded her in death.
Howard lived at Parma from 1965 until moving to Bloomfield in 1985.
Survivors include two sons, William Whalen of Bloomfield, Charles Howard Sr. of Bernie; a daughter, Frances Burleson of Warner Robins, Ga.; two brothers, Delbert Gill of Frisbee, Thomas Gill of Clarksville, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, two brothers, and three sisters.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Charles Clark officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
