GREENBRIAR -- Funeral service for Eula Pauline Bierwirth of Greenville, Ill., was held Monday at Spangel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, Ill. The Rev. Leonard E. Pye officiated, with burial in Highland City Cemetery.
Bierwirth, 67, died Friday, Nov. 17, 1995.
She was born March 8, 1928, in Greenbriar, daughter of the Rev. William Garnett and Anna Mae Garner Owens. She first married Robert Blake. She later married Donald A. Bierwirth May 1, 1956, in East St. Louis, Ill.
Bierwirth was a waitress prior to her marriage. She lived in Minnesota, moving to Illinois in 1994.
Survivors include her husband; four brothers, Robert Owens of Wappapello, C.O. Owens of Alpharetta, Ga., William Owens of Angleton, Texas, Bernard Owens of Highland; four sisters, Doris Trainum of Memphis, Tenn., Sharron Martinez of Highland, Marybelle Priddy of Greenville, and Janet Richardson of Sorento, Ill.
She was preceded in death by a daughter.
