Eula May Pender, 88, of 414 Independence, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 1991 at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 26, 1903 in Sedgewickville, daughter of James Edward and Ida May Cook Linebarger.
On June 16, 1923, she married Hollin Pender at Jackson. He survives.
She was a retired salesperson and seamstress for JCPenney. She also was a teacher.
A member of the Christ Episcopal Church, she was also a member of the White Shrine and Eastern Star.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Oma M. Brooks and Golda M. Rapp, both of Cape Girardeau; and by many nephews, nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Four brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. Hal Green will officiate. Burial will follow the funeral service at Memorial Park Cemetery.
No visitation will be held.
