EULA L. CRITES

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Eula L. Crites of Sikeston will be held at 11 a.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Charles E. Buck will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Crites, 96, died Monday, Oct. 18, 1993, at LaBonne Maison Retirement Home here.

She was born Nov. 2, 1896, at Laflin, daughter of Elijah W. and Henrietta Buckner Allen. She and Hoxa Lee Crites were married Sept. 29, 1924. He died Oct. 3, 1946.

Crites was a member of First United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women, and a 65-year member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 137.

Survivors include a son, Allen Crites of Sikeston; a stepdaughter, Myra Krapf of Kennett; three grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
