MCGEE, Mo. -- Eula Marie James, 67, of McGee died Thursday, March 27, 2003, at her home.
She was born Jan. 18, 1936, at McGee, daughter of Clarence and Lillie VanMatre Wills. She and Hubert James were married Jan. 24, 1953, at McGee. He died April 8, 1999.
James was a member of Brush Creek Missionary Baptist Church at Zalma, Mo., and VFW Auxiliary at Puxico, Mo.
Survivors include her mother of McGee; two brothers, Alfred Wills of Patterson, Mo., Bill Wills of McGee; five sisters, Mary Hill of Granite City, Ill., Louise Lafferty of Bloomfield, Mo., Lorene Williams, Wanda Rodgers and Norma VanMatre, all of Advance, Mo.; and a friend, James Laughlin of McGee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, and a sister.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Bill Sargent and Lonnie Clubb officiating. Burial will be in Brush Creek Cemetery at Zalma.
