CHAFFEE -- Eugene Miskell, 63, Chaffee Route 2, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 18, 1929, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert E. and Delphia Sally Sanders.
Miskell was an engineer on a riverboat with Cargil Carriers of Ste. Genevieve. He was a member of Elks Lodge 1810, American Legion Post 389 and VFW Post 3127, all in Chaffee. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include five daughters, Paula Stidham and Emily Eichhorn of Chaffee, Kathy Schetter of Sikeston, Tammy Miskell of Delta, Della Eggimann of Florissant; a brother, Robert Miskell Jr. of Cape Girardeau; 10 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. C.B. Stidham will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today. An Elks service will be held at 7:30.
