GLEN ALLEN -- A memorial service for Eugene Henry Speth of Glen Allen will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Marble Hill.

Friends may call Saturday at the church from 1 p.m. until time of service. Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Speth, 63, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 1991, at his home.

He was born Nov. 20, 1927, in Nebraska, son of Carl and Eda Seenan Speth. He and Margaret Willis were married Aug. 31, 1969.

Speth was a boilermaker, member of First Baptist Church and VFW Post 5900 at Marble Hill. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; six sons, Marc Speth of Jackson Hole, Wyo., David Wakeman of Fayetteville, Ark., James Speth of Glen Allen, Steven Speth of South Sioux City, Neb., Wesley Speth of Whiteman Air Force Base, Charles Speth of Fairfield, Calif.; a daughter, Judy Hunt of Florida; a sister, Helen Heinbinger of Lincoln, Neb.; 31 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.
