ETTA NELLE HART

Etta Nelle Hart 78, of 315 N. Frederick, died Saturday, Aug. 15, 1992 at her home.

She was born July 13, 1914 in Marion County, W.V., the daughter of William Price Bridge and Emma K. Yates Bridge.

She was married to John T.M. Hart on March 23, 1940 in Bremerton, Wash. He preceded her in death May 1, 1990.

She was a member of Maple Avenue United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau and served as a volunteer at Southeast Missouri Hospital and for Meals on Wheels.

She is survived by one daughter, Thelma D. Stanley, Anna, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one brother, four sisters, one grandchild.

Friends may call today from 4-8 p.m. at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.

Funeral service Monday at the funeral home at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Jim Dace officiating. Burial will follow in Lorimier Cemetery.
