EAST PRAIRIE -- Ethel Everett Tinnon, 82, of St. Peters, died Monday, March 11, 1996, at Barnes Hospital in St. Peters.
She was born March 17, 1913, in Kentucky, daughter of Henry and Nell Funkhouser Tinnon.
Tinnon had worked at Valspar Paint Co. in St. Louis, and attended First Church of God in East Prairie.
Survivors include a daughter, Dortha Schreiter of St. Peters; a brother, John Everett of Pevely; a sister, Juanita Newsom of East Prairie; seven grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, three sisters and a brother.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 6 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Larry Smith officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.
