ETHEL LASTERS

GLEN ALLEN, Mo. -- Ethel Lasters, 84, of Norwalk, Calif., died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2001, in Norwalk.

She was born July 18, 1916, at Glen Allen, daughter of Joe and Zillia Buehler. She and Charles E. Lasters were married Sept. 14, 1935. He preceded her in death.

Lasters was a quality control inspector with Hoffman-Gould Electronics 30 years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Norwalk, and Lutheran Women's Missionary League, Priscilla Guild, Chancel Circle and Welfare Circle.

Survivors include a daughter, Caroline Martin of Norwalk; a sister, Mary Talley of Gipsy, Mo.; two granddaughters; and two great-grandsons.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, Mo., from 4-8 p.m. today.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Berrong Cemetery in Gipsy. The Rev. Wayne Schweisow will officiate.
