ESTHER C. STREILER

PERRYVILLE -- Esther C. Streiler, 87, of Perryville, died Monday, Dec. 6, 1993, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 5, 1906, in Perry County, daughter of Arthur and Eva Klump Sutterer. She and Wallace A. Streiler were married April 16, 1929. He died Oct. 30, 1976.

Streiler was a retired shoe factory worker. She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church and its ladies sodality, and Daughters of Isabella.

Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Schremp of Perryville; a son, Harold Streiler of Perryville; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and a grandson.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Edward Wilson will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 2-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-9:45 a.m. Thursday. The parish wake will be at 7:30 tonight.
