JACKSON -- Esther B. Seboldt, 95, of Jackson, died Thursday, April 29, 1993, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 3, 1897, in St. Peter, Ill., daughter of August and Louise Bahde Borchelt. She and the Rev. G.B. Seboldt were married Aug. 20, 1922, in St. Peter. He died Aug. 20, 1973.
Seboldt was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid at Gordonville, and taught Sunday School many years.
Survivors include four sons, Roland Seboldt of Bloomington, Minn., Arthur Seboldt of Gordonville, Everett Seboldt of Whittier, Calif., Franklin Seboldt of Bay Village, Ohio; nine grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and two grandsons.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Zion Church. The Rev. Karl Leeman will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
