BLOOMSDALE -- Erwin L. Bohnert, 42, of Bloomsdale died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at his home.
He was born Dec. 19, 1956, at Perryville, son of Ernest C. and Bernice Griep Bohnert. He married Sandra Bonney, who preceded him in death.
Bohnert was a self-employed landscaper.
Survivors include a son, Erwin Bohnert of Bloomsdale; a stepson, Dean Khiel of Farmington; his mother, Bernice Keller of Pevely; five brothers, Eldon and Elbert Bohnert of Perryville, Edwin and Ethan Bohnert of Bloomsdale, Ernest Borgen of Champlin, Minn.; five sisters, Judith Kester and Jayne Hill of Bloomsdale, Jannette Nolan of Wentzville, Jo-An Craft of Bartlett, Tenn., and Jennifer Baker of St. Marys.
Also surviving are three stepbrothers, Jerry Keller of Collinsville, Ill., Hubert Keller Jr. of Hillsboro, William Keller of Horine; two stepsisters, Susan Keller of Horine, Norma Jean Jones of St. Louis; and two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather, a sister, and a stepsister.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville from 4-9 p.m. today, and Thursday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. The parish wake will be at 6:30 today.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
