Ernest W. "Doc" Fox, 82, 1704 Brink, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born Oct. 27, 1909, at Charleston, son of William and Effie Dunn Fox. Ernest W. "Doc" Fox, 82, 1704 Brink, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 27, 1909, at Charleston, son of William and Effie Dunn Fox. He and Lottie Lee Brown were married at Charleston.

Fox was a retired truck driver, and member of Grace United Methodist Church and Teamsters Union.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Wayne Fox of St. Paul, Minn., Bobby Fox of Detroit, Mich.; seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Revs. Harold Henderson and Ernest Swartz will officiate, with burial in IOOF Cemetery at Charleston.
