A memorial service for Erica Lee Springer-Morales of Cape Girardeau will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Kingman, Ariz.

Springer-Morales, 18, was found dead Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, in Union County, Ill.

She was born Oct. 31, 1980, in Kennewick, Wash.

Springer-Morales graduated from high school through a home school program, and received a certified assistant nursing degree from Mohave Community College in Kingman.

She moved to Cape Girardeau in August 1998.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Mona and Richard Morales of Kingman; three sisters, Mary, Amanda and Rebecca Morales, all of Kingman.

Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna was in charge of local arrangements.
