ST. MARY -- Emmet I. Schremp, 87, of St. Mary died Friday, April 18, 1997, at his residence. He was born Dec. 9, 1909, in Perryville, son of Aaron and Victoria Huber Schremp. He was a farmer. ST. MARY -- Emmet I. Schremp, 87, of St. Mary died Friday, April 18, 1997, at his residence.

He was born Dec. 9, 1909, in Perryville, son of Aaron and Victoria Huber Schremp. He was a farmer.

He is survived by two sisters, Theresa Smith and Elsie Rigden, both of St. Louis; three brothers, Clarence and Lester Schremp, both of Perryville, and Edgar Schremp of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday, at Young & Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville. A Parish Wake will be 7 tonight at the chapel.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Gerry Kelly officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
