EMMA WEEDS

Emma B. Weeds, 94, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Sept. 10, 1904, in St. Louis, daughter of Henry and Louise Niermann Wittenbrock.

Weeds retired from Blue Shield in St. Louis. She had lived with a daughter in Cape Girardeau since 1991.

Survivors include a son, Robert Brown of Arnold; a daughter, Marlene Smith of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Kutis Funeral Home's South County Chapel after 4 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be Monday, with burial in St. Peter's Cemetery in St. Louis.
