WHITEWATER -- Funeral for Emil E. Craft of Whitewater will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Rev. Joe Allen will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery at Jackson.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today. Whitewater Masonic Lodge 417 will conduct a service at 7.
Craft, 91, died Monday, Sept. 6, 1999, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 23, 1907, at Whitewater, son of Marion and Lillie Ackman Craft.
Craft owned and operated a farm at Whitewater. He was a member of Bethlehem General Baptist Church at Crump, and Whitewater Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include three sisters, Vivian Proffer of Whitewater, Alpha Hedge and Vernice Yount of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
