The infant, daughter of Robert E. and Maria B. Falcasantos Wade of Jackson, died shortly after birth Wednesday, June 15, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Sheila Wade of the home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Wade of Jackson, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bienvenido Falcasantos of The Philippines.
