ELVIRA ROTHROCK

THEBES, Ill. -- Mrs. Elvira Rothrock, 84, of Thebes, died Friday, April 2, 1993, at her home.

She was born Nov. 8, 1908, at Marissa, Ill., daughter of Grant and Myrtle A. Carter Booth.

She married John Rothrock in June of 1937. He preceded her in death Aug. 3, 1963.

She is survived by a step son, David Rothrock, of St. Ann, Mo.; step daughter, Beatrice Charboneau of Bonne Terre, Mo.; three step grandchildren and a great step grandson.

Service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Thebes First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Carl D. Fisher officiating. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery at Thebes.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms after 4 p.m. today and until 9:30 a.m. Monday morning, and at First Baptist Church from 10 a.m. Monday until the funeral hour.
