ANNA, Ill. -- Elsie Sisk, 80, of Anna died Thursday, Sept. 3, 1998, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. She was born Aug. 30, 1918, at Wolf Lake, daughter of William and Nora Skinner Durall. She and William Sisk were married Aug. 20, 1945. He died Dec. 10, 1979...

ANNA, Ill. -- Elsie Sisk, 80, of Anna died Thursday, Sept. 3, 1998, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

She was born Aug. 30, 1918, at Wolf Lake, daughter of William and Nora Skinner Durall. She and William Sisk were married Aug. 20, 1945. He died Dec. 10, 1979.

Sisk was employed 41 years at Florsheim Shoe Co. in Anna. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two stepsons, James Sisk of Florissant, Mo., and Donald Sisk of Jefferson City, Mo.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 6 to 8 p.m. today, and until service time Sunday.

Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Shacklee officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
