MILLERSVILLE -- Elsie Iola Haupt, 82, Millersville Route 1, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1998, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.

She was born Aug. 3, 1916, at Daisy, daughter of James Bennett and Nora Sarah Stearns Hahs. She and Henry Lee Haupt were married Aug. 3, 1949. He died Dec. 9, 1992.

Haupt was a member of Sargents Chapel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a sister, Iva Thompson of San Antonio, Texas; and a stepbrother, Roy Barks of Sedgewickville.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a stepbrother.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Albert F. Nyland officiating. Burial will be in Sargents Chapel Cemetery.
