ELSIE BAUDENDISTEL

PERRYVILLE -- Visitation for Elsie Mary Baudendistel will be from 3-9 p.m. today at Miller Family Funeral Home, with parish prayers at 7 p.m. And from 6:30-9:50 a.m. Monday, with a rosary service at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin P. Fausz officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Baudendistel, 90, of Perryville died Friday, May 29, 1998, at Perry Oaks Health Care Center.

She was born Feb. 14, 1908, at St. Mary's, the daughter of Varice and Ann Helena Layton Riney.

She married Edgar J. Baudendistel on July 31, 1927. He died Nov. 2, 1990.

She had been a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent De Paul parish.

She is survived by two daughters, Helena A. Schweiss of Belleville, Ill., and Viola Lankford of Perryville; a son, Edwin Baudendistel of Renault, Ill.; two brothers Aloise Riney of Perryville and Richard Riney of Quincy, Ill.; 23 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, two brothers and a son.
