SIKESTON -- Elmer Woodrow Zimmerman, 76, of 517 Coleman in Sikeston died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1992. He was born Oct. 16, 1916, at Rankin, Ill., the son of Richard and Neva Johnson Zimmerman. He was married to Doris Wright, who survives of the home. Other survivors include a daughter, Launa Zimmerman of Sikeston, a sister, Gladys Zimmerman of Champaign, Ill., and a grandchild. SIKESTON -- Elmer Woodrow Zimmerman, 76, of 517 Coleman in Sikeston died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1992.

He was born Oct. 16, 1916, at Rankin, Ill., the son of Richard and Neva Johnson Zimmerman. He was married to Doris Wright, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include a daughter, Launa Zimmerman of Sikeston, a sister, Gladys Zimmerman of Champaign, Ill., and a grandchild. A daughter also preceded him in death.

Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, where there will be a memorial service at 10 a.m. The Rev. Kelley Grubbs will officiate.
