Elmer Wayne Glenn of Paragould, Ark. passed away on Monday, July 5, 1999, at his home. He was the Vice President & CEO of Glenn Corp., Inc. in Paragould. He was born on August 15, 1945 in Dexter, Mo., the son of Elmer & Noma Stoker Glenn. He was united in marriage to Pauletta Glenn and she survives. ...

Elmer Wayne Glenn of Paragould, Ark. passed away on Monday, July 5, 1999, at his home. He was the Vice President & CEO of Glenn Corp., Inc. in Paragould.

He was born on August 15, 1945 in Dexter, Mo., the son of Elmer & Noma Stoker Glenn. He was united in marriage to Pauletta Glenn and she survives. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church where he served as Sunday School Superintendent, was a member of the Board of Trustees and played on the church softball team. He was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam Era.

Mr. Glenn is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Amy Glenn of Paragould; three daughters and a son-in-law, Natalie Glenn of Cape Girardeau, Cara Killian of Paragould and Audrey and Steven Boggs of Paragould; one granddaughter, Kali Boggs of Paragould; two sisters, Norma Jean Boyles of Fisk, Mo. and LaTeresa Huezkel of Essex, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Harold (Moose) Glenn.

Visitation was Friday, July 9, 1999 at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. Graveside services were at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 10 at Greene County Memorial Gardens, the Rev. Mike Morey and the Rev. Jim Thresher officiating. Pallbearers were Oliver Humphreys, Gary McCarroll, Kenny Cline, Butch Cooper, John Kennett and Herb Bland. A memorial service was held Sunday, July 11, 1999, at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Paragould. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Gods Home Improvement Fund.
