UNIONTOWN, Mo. -- Elmer Benjamin Bock, 92, of Uniontown died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Sept. 21, 1914, at Uniontown, son of Ernst H. and Lena Hemmann Bock. He and Erna A. Hemmann were married May 19, 1945.
Bock was a lifelong agriculture and livestock farmer. He was a lifetime member of Grace Lutheran Church at Uniontown.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Gene Bock of Uniontown; two daughters, Dianna Reisenbichler of Jackson, Margie Burkart of Hanceville, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, a sister and a brother.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 8 to 11:15 a.m. Sunday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Grace Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
