Elma B. Harmon, 96, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 21, 1908, near Advance, Mo., daughter of John James and Eva Cox Baker.
She married Ross Harmon on Feb. 28, 1932, at Benton, Mo. He died on June 10, 2002.
She was raised near Advance and moved to Cape Girar-deau. She worked for many years at International Shoe and Campbell Mattress, where she was head of the sewing department. She was a member of Fairview General Baptist Church near Arbor, Mo.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Ford & Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Ray Greenlee will officiate.
Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
