BLOOMFIELD -- Ella Lorene Peck, 82, of Mexico, Mo., formerly of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 1994, in Mexico. She was born Nov. 1, 1912, in New Haven, Ill., daughter of Jessie and Lydia Akers Hughes. She and Monroe Peck were married Oct. 12, 1932. He died April 12, 1992...

BLOOMFIELD -- Ella Lorene Peck, 82, of Mexico, Mo., formerly of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 1994, in Mexico.

She was born Nov. 1, 1912, in New Haven, Ill., daughter of Jessie and Lydia Akers Hughes. She and Monroe Peck were married Oct. 12, 1932. He died April 12, 1992.

Peck was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church at Dexter.

Survivors include three sons, Doyle Peck of Mexico, Lonnie Peck of Willard, Dale Peck of Kansas City; a brother, James Hughes of Dexter; 12 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Partin officiating. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery.
