CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Ella Mae Hackett, 89, died Friday, Dec. 12, 1997, at a nursing home in Chattanooga. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Sikeston. She was the widow of James L. Hackett; they were long-time residents of Sikeston.

Survivors include two sons, James Hackett of Seabrook, Texas, and David Hackett of Signal Mountain, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Dempster Memorial Chapel of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
