ELLA E. OSTER

PERRYVILLE -- Ella E. Oster, 86, of Perryville died Nov. 24 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

She was born March 21, 1909, in Millersville, daughter of the late Louis and Ida Bollinger Fellows. She married Francis B. Oster on Sept. 20, 1930. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1971.

She had worked on the assembly line at International Shoe Co. and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Perryville.

She is survived by three daughters: Linda Steinbecker of St. Charles, Lois Brewer of Kirkwood and Vona Koenig of Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters: Dorothy Proffer of Jackson, Ethel Schwab of Jefferson City and MaDonna Fellows of Millersville; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-granchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call today from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home and from 6:30 a.m. Sunday until the time of service. Funeral services will be held at Young and Sons Chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Ed Hankinson officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
