Ella Dee Crow, 83, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Capital Region Medical Center.
Dee was born Jan. 30, 1927, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of James Luther and Gertrude Pearl Borneman Green. She and Alfred Glen Crow were married Feb. 16, 1945, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death May 21, 1981.
She was a resident of the Jefferson City, Mo., area the past 45 years. Dee graduated from a Cape Girardeau high school.
She was employed with Blattner Clothing Store a brief period of time. Dee was a member of Concord Baptist Church, and she enjoyed bowling.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Glen Crow and wife Becky of Cape Girardeau, James Robert Crow and wife Donna of Holts Summit, Mo.; a daughter, Carol Susanne Young and husband Tim of Jefferson City; a sister, Mary Sue Oldham and husband Glenn of Jackson; a brother, Jay Green and wife Mabel of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a sister, Anna Marie Eddleman; two brothers, Norvel Green and Gene Green.
Visitation will be from noon to service time Monday at Freeman Mortuary in Jefferson City.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the mortuary, with the Rev. Peter Livingston and the Rev. Doyle Sager officiating. Interment will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
