SIKESTON -- Elizabeth Ann Waltrip, 29, of Florissant, formerly of Sikeston, died Friday, March 22, 1996, at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis due to cystic fibrosis.
She was born Aug. 9, 1966, in St. Louis, to Dr. Tom and Margaret Ann Gordon Waltrip.
Waltrip was a 1984 graduate of Sikeston Senior High School and graduated in 1989 from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in interior design. She worked for Office Forms and Graphics of St. Louis and was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston.
Survivors include her parents; her fiance, Todd Fyffe of St. Louis; two brothers, Perry Waltrip of Sikeston and John Waltrip of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; a sister, Nancy Waltrip of Sikeston; and her maternal grandmother, Pansy Gordon of Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and her maternal grandfather.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Concordia Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Robert Kriete officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
