ELIZABETH MARTIN

KELSO -- Elizabeth Amanda Martin, 91, of Kelso died Sunday, Dec. 10, 1995, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Oct. 11, 1904, at Fenton, daughter of Mathias and Margaret Fuchs Godefroid. She and August Frank Martin were married Nov. 24, 1920. He preceded her in death Aug. 14, 1986.

Martin was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Albert Martin of Kelso; a daughter, Mildred Little of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.

Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso. The Rev. Oliver Clavin will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
