EAST PRAIRIE -- Eliza Ann Vines, 81, East Prairie Route 1, died Sunday, April 24, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Oct. 14, 1912, in Clarksville, Tenn., daughter of Frank Parker and Florence G. Black Nolen. She and Walter L. Vines were married Nov. 1, 1929. He died May 11, 1979.
Vines was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include four sons, Walter Vines Jr. of Wyatt, Perry Vines of Avon Park, Fla., Ernie Vines of Charleston, Leon Vines of East Prairie; five daughters, Alvertis Donley of Auburndale, Fla., Albirdie Ritch, Nancy Heil and Eva Lawson of East Prairie, Ethel Wimberley of Westmoreland, Tenn.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with Aubrey Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston.
