EAST PRAIRIE -- Eli Harrison Williams, 67, of East Prairie, died Tuesday, July 23, 1991, at his home.
He was born May 31, 1924, in Charleston, son of Jasper McDonald and Velma Catherine Mitchell Williams. He and Geraldine Nunn were married June 20, 1947.
Williams was a truck driver with Farm Products here. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Rick Williams of East Prairie; two daughters, James and Bob Williams of St. Charles; four sisters, Opal Ashley and Genevieve Brashears of Charleston, Betty Sheustric of Dearborn, Mich., Frances Kuykendall of Independence; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Lynn; five sisters and a brother.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Shelby Funeral Chapel here. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
