Eleanor Louise Robison, 80, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, May 29, 2020, at Ratliff Care Center.
Eleanor was born Feb. 9, 1940, in Russellville, Kentucky, to Francis Oliver and Effie Rena Nash White, the youngest of seven children. She married James Robison on July 3, 1958. They had a daughter, Tamela "Tammy" Ann Robison Lynn.
Eleanor was a housewife for many years before moving to Cape Girardeau in 1988 to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. She worked in the food service department at Chateau Girardeau for almost 20 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammy (Danny) Robison Lynn of Cape Girardeau; her grandson Whit (Leann) Lynn; and great-grandson, Liam Lynn of Kansas City; and granddaughter, Lorrin Lynn of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ken, Jewell and Forest; and sisters, Joanne, Juanita and Margaret.
The family would like to acknowledge the ownership, management and staff of Ratliff Care Center for their wonderful, compassionate care for Eleanor over the last 16 months of her life. You all are angels in our hearts, especially Mary.
A private family graveside burial service is planned for Thursday in Russellville, Kentucky.
