ULLIN, Ill. -- Elaine Housman, 75, formerly of Jonesboro, died Saturday, May 6, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anna and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 1003 in Jefferson City, Mo. Survivors include a son, Thomas J. Shourd III of Ullin; two brothers, John McHarry of Flint, Mich., and Harvey McHarry of Dalhart, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren...

ULLIN, Ill. -- Elaine Housman, 75, formerly of Jonesboro, died Saturday, May 6, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anna and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 1003 in Jefferson City, Mo.

Survivors include a son, Thomas J. Shourd III of Ullin; two brothers, John McHarry of Flint, Mich., and Harvey McHarry of Dalhart, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tom Miller and Junior Melvin officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
