Eberhardt Julius Perr, 83, of 128 S. Park, died Sunday, May 3, 1992 at his nephew's home in Scott City.
He was born March 1, 1909 at Egypt Mills, son of August and Hanna Borchelt Perr.
He married Geraldine Vaughn on Nov. 1, 1947. She died Jan. 23, 1982.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He also belonged to the church Men's Club, Voter's Assembly, Board of Trustees and Board of Elders.
He was also active in the Men's Club of the Cape Fair Grounds, the Lutheran Home and was custodian for the Cape Municipal Band Concert for many years.
He worked at the International Shoe Factory as head machinist, retiring in 1974. He also worked for Brinkopf Funeral Home and Buckeye Gas Company for several years.
Survivors are one step daughter, Donna Brock of San Domingo, Calif.; one brother, Henry Perr of Sikeston; three grandchildren, three nieces and three nephews.
Friends may call today after 4 p.m. at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. David V. Dissen officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery.
