CAIRO -- Edward A. Adams, 31, of Cairo, died Oct. 21, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was employed as a brick layer.
Adams was born in Clinton, Ky., on July 21, 1961, the son of Elmer Wesley and Margie May Harper Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Bankson Adams of Cairo; two sons, Benjamin Edward Adams of Cairo and Jeremy Edward Adams of Tampa, Fla; his mother, Margie Adams of Cairo; a stepdaughter, Christen Jackson of Villa Ridge; three sisters, Brenda Keller, Patricia Estes and Nancy Case, all of Evansville, Ind.; and a brother, Junior W. Adams of Cairo.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Gerald Bethards officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery near Pulaski, Ill.
