Edna Trapp

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Edna J. Trapp, 96, formerly of Perryville died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at Mary Queen and Mother Center in St. Louis.

She was born Aug. 6, 1915, in Perry County, daughter of Leo and Julia Meyer Unterreiner. She married Ignatius "Iggy" Trapp. He preceded her in death.

Trapp was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Don Trapp of St. Louis; a sister, Alma Unterreiner of Old Appleton, Mo.; two grandchildren, Phillip Trapp and Sarah Pizoni of St. Louis; two great-grandchildren, Madison Pizoni and Joaquin Trapp of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur, Walter and Elmer Unterreiner; and a sister, Flora Rellergert.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to time of service Thursday at the Gathering Space at St. Vincent de Paul Church.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.

Miller Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
