Edna Marie Seabaugh, 66, of Jackson passed away Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at her home.
She was born Feb. 10, 1942, in Leachville, Ark., daughter of George A. and Lillie Newell Smith. She and Otis W. Seabaugh were married Oct. 14, 1960. He passed away June 26, 2001.
Edna worked at Lenco 25 years. From 1994 to 2000 she worked at Procter & Gamble as a team leader. She was an Avon representative many years. She was a member of Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Auxiliary Post 158 in Jackson and VFW Auxiliary Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Dalton of Jackson; a granddaughter, Kylee Nicole Dalton of Jackson; a brother, Jesse Smith of Marble Hill, Mo.; a sister, Betty Williamson of Cape Girardeau; a dear friend, Elaine Illers of Jackson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until time of service Friday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Rice officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery.
