Propst, 89, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 1994, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.

She was born Oct. 19, 1904, near Oak Ridge, daughter of Daniel and Lena Goehman Tuschhoff. She and Loomis E. Propst were married Oct. 1, 1927, at Jackson. He died March 11, 1966.

Propst was a member of Maple Avenue United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, John Propst of Cape Girardeau, LeRoy Propst of Kansas City; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and three brothers.
