ANNA, Ill. -- Edna L. Davis, 79, of Anna died Friday, Feb. 5, 1993, at the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born July 14, 1913, at Reynoldsville, the daughter of Barney and Effie Williams Baggett. On May 2, 1936, she married Everett Davis, who survives. ANNA, Ill. -- Edna L. Davis, 79, of Anna died Friday, Feb. 5, 1993, at the Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born July 14, 1913, at Reynoldsville, the daughter of Barney and Effie Williams Baggett. On May 2, 1936, she married Everett Davis, who survives. She also is survived by a sister, Mattie Mathis of Aurora.

She was a member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Al Slayter will officiate, and burial will be in the Anna Cemetery.
