CHARLESTON -- Edgar Harmon, 72, of Charleston, died Saturday, May 18, 1991, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. He was born Feb. 12, 1919, in Ripley, Tenn. Survivors include his wife, Earlean Harmon of Union City, Tenn.; two sons, Edgar and Henry Harmon of Union City; two daughters, Dorothy Halliburton of Paducah, Ada Coleman of Union City, and a friend, Mattie Austin of Charleston...

CHARLESTON -- Edgar Harmon, 72, of Charleston, died Saturday, May 18, 1991, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky.

He was born Feb. 12, 1919, in Ripley, Tenn.

Survivors include his wife, Earlean Harmon of Union City, Tenn.; two sons, Edgar and Henry Harmon of Union City; two daughters, Dorothy Halliburton of Paducah, Ada Coleman of Union City, and a friend, Mattie Austin of Charleston.

Funeral service will be at noon Friday at Sparks Funeral Chapel. The Rev. James Turner will officiate, with burial in East View Cemetery at Union City.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. Thursday.
