TAMMS, Ill. -- Ed Riggle, 73, of Tamms, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Oct. 8, 1918, near Tamms, son of Thomas E. and Blanche Isler Riggle. He married Marian Lewis in April, 1966. She survives. He was a veteran of World War II...

TAMMS, Ill. -- Ed Riggle, 73, of Tamms, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born Oct. 8, 1918, near Tamms, son of Thomas E. and Blanche Isler Riggle. He married Marian Lewis in April, 1966. She survives.

He was a veteran of World War II.

Other survivors are one brother, George Riggle of St. Peters, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Friends may call today from 5-8 p.m. at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. Service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Lowell West officiating. Burial will be in the Richwood Cemetery.
