KELSO, Mo. -- Eastman Gage Foster, 69, of Kelso died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 11, 1943, in Wardell, Mo., to Farris Eugene and Peggy Jane Nipper Foster. He and Bobbie Abbott Foster were married July 31, 1992, in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
Foster was a 1960 graduate of Central High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University. He was owner/operator of Foster's IGA in Cape Girardeau and worked at Wetterau 10 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Foster of Kelso; a daughter, Kendra Foster Mitchell of Atlanta; a stepdaughter, Markie (Sean) Knupp of Cape Girardeau; a son, Andrew Foster Shain of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a sister, Peggy (Paul) Kitchen of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren, Trinity Shain, September Knupp, Madison Knupp, Gabby Knupp; and two nieces, Alison (Chris) Moorman and Angie (Bill) Tegel of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
A private funeral will be held at a later date.
