Earla Mae Springs, 67, of Kelso, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, at her home.
She was born June 29, 1936, at Lamar, Ark., daughter of Henry and Pearl Pearson Waldo. She and Richard Lee Springs were married July 24, 1953, at Sikeston, Mo. He preceded her in death on Dec. 17, 1998.
Springs was a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include two sons and their wives, Richard and Rhonda Springs of Wetemka, Okla., and Gary and Linda Springs of Kelso; a daughter and her husband, Sandy and Bradley Ressel of Scott City; three grandsons, Jason and Matt Ressel of Scott City and Blake Springs of Kelso; and two sisters, Edna Fording of Morley, Mo., and Dorothy Young of Sikeston, Mo.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
Friends may call today from 4 to 8 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Luther Rhodes will officiate, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
