Funeral service for Earl Wagoner of Odessa was held recently at First United Methodist Church there. Burial was in McKendree Cemetery near Odessa.

Wagoner, 102, died Friday, Dec. 13, 1991, at Western Missouri Medical Clinic in Warrensburg, after a brief illness.

He was born July 9, 1889, in Odessa. He and Helen Virginia Barnett were married Feb. 20, 1915. She died Dec. 31, 1980.

A lifelong resident of the Odessa area, he was a farmer and livestock producer. He was a member of McKendree Methodist Church near Odessa, and was an active member of Odessa Senior Citizens Center.

Survivors include a son, R. Graham Wagoner of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Ozelle Knipmeyer of Higginsville, Carolyn Lewis of Richmond, Ind.; six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
