BENTON -- Earl Hall, 89, of Benton died Sunday, March 8, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born Nov. 16, 1908, at Cloverport, Ky., son of Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Hall. He was married to Frieda Hall, who died in 1977. He married Velva Hope Mosbey on Aug. 30, 1980, at Marston...

BENTON -- Earl Hall, 89, of Benton died Sunday, March 8, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Nov. 16, 1908, at Cloverport, Ky., son of Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Hall. He was married to Frieda Hall, who died in 1977. He married Velva Hope Mosbey on Aug. 30, 1980, at Marston.

Hall was employed as a maintenance worker for a state school in Indiana. He was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Wallace Funeral Home in Cloverport, Ky.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Cloverport Cemetery.

Ford and Sons Mount Auburn is in charge of the arrangements.
