SIKESTON -- Earl G. Lee, 68, of Sikeston, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 1992, at his home.
He was born July 5, 1923, in Powderly, Ky., son of Irvin and Clara Todd Lee. He and Gladys A. Hicks were married Sept. 20, 1947, in West Frankfort, Ill.
Lee moved to Sikeston in 1975. He was a produce merchandiser with Malone and Hyde Inc. 13 years, retiring in 1981. He was a member of Reed Masonic Lodge 316 AF&AM, Scottish Rite and Hadi Shrine Temple in Evansville, Ind., and Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ralph Lee of the home, Richard Lee of Benton, Ark.; two daughters, Linda Greenfield of San Antonio, Texas, Nancy Lee of Evansville; his mother of West Frankfort; a brother, Lester Lee of West Frankfort; two sisters, Joann Kelly of West Frankfort, Vada Morgan of DuQuoin, Ill., and seven grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Carl Addison officiating. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. at West Frankfort Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today. Sikeston Masonic Lodge 310 will conduct a service at 7:30.
